These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IPTV Plan ("the Service") provided by IPTV Plan ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide an IPTV streaming subscription that delivers live channels, video on demand and EPG data over the internet. Available content, channel counts and quality are described on our website and may change without notice.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your activation credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & payment

• Subscriptions are prepaid for the duration you select (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or multi-year deals).
• Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
• We accept card, PayPal, bank transfer, crypto, Western Union, Vodafone Cash and voucher payments.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You decide whether to renew at expiry.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell or sublicense your credentials without entering our reseller program.
• Use the Service to infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with our infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited.

5. Device connections

Each subscription is sold for a defined number of simultaneous connections (devices streaming at the same time). Exceeding that limit will result in stream failures. Additional connections can be purchased.

6. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, ISP outages and force-majeure events may temporarily affect availability.

7. Content disclaimer

We do not produce or own broadcast rights to any channel content. We act as an aggregator. Availability of specific channels may change at any time. We do not warrant that any particular channel will remain available for the entire subscription term.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
