If you're not satisfied with IPTV Plan for any reason, request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
Refunds are available on first-time purchases of standard subscription plans (3 / 6 / 12 / 24 / 60 months) within 7 days of activation. The 7-day window starts the day your activation credentials are emailed to you.

Before requesting a refund, please give our support team 24 hours to resolve any issue you're experiencing. Most reports are solved by checking troubleshooting steps, switching DNS, or rerouting through a different server. We genuinely want you to have a great experience.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us forfeits your right to a refund under this policy and will result in termination of your subscription.
