1. Eligibility

Refunds are available on first-time purchases of standard subscription plans (3 / 6 / 12 / 24 / 60 months) within 7 days of activation. The 7-day window starts the day your activation credentials are emailed to you.

2. How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] with subject "Refund request" and your order ID.
2. Tell us briefly why you're requesting the refund (we use this only to improve the service).
3. We confirm receipt within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

3. What is not eligible

• Requests submitted after the 7-day window.
• Subscriptions terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. credential sharing beyond device limit).
• Reseller credit purchases (these are non-refundable once issued).
• Limited-time deal purchases marked "final sale" at checkout.

4. Refund method

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method:

• Card / PayPal — typically visible within 5–10 business days.
• Bank transfer — refunded to the originating IBAN within 7 business days.
• Crypto — refunded in the same currency to a wallet you specify; market-rate at the time of refund applies.
• Western Union / Vodafone Cash / vouchers — refunded as service credit or via the most practical method we can agree on.

5. Connection issues are usually fixable

Before requesting a refund, please give our support team 24 hours to resolve any issue you're experiencing. Most reports are solved by checking troubleshooting steps, switching DNS, or rerouting through a different server. We genuinely want you to have a great experience.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us forfeits your right to a refund under this policy and will result in termination of your subscription.
